This product is a new premix system using SYBR Green I* chimeric fluorescence for Real Time PCR. The product contains the optimal concentration SYBR Green I for Real Time PCR reaction, a 2x concentration premixed solution containing all components except primers and DNA samples. The preparation of PCR reaction solution is very convenient and simple for experiments. In this reagent, the thermo-initiator enzyme modified by chemical was combined with the optimal Buffer for Real Time, which could be used for real-time PCR analysis with good repeatability and high reliability.
