Product Overview |
This product is suitable for extracting high quality total RNA from various plants. This kit is equipped with a unique cleavage system. RNA is released from the tissue and selectively adsorbed to the silicon matrix film in the centrifuge column in the state of high sequence salt, and then impurities such as polysaccharides and proteins are removed through protein removal solution and bleaching solution. Finally, RNA is eluted from the silicon matrix film by RNase -Free Water. This product is convenient and fast to extract RNA, without the use of chloroform, phenol and other toxic and harmful chemicals, and has no toxic effect on operators and experimental environment.
